IN THE OVEN
For optimal and even baking results, take care to distribute your preparation evenly across all the cavities.Depending on the filling level of the cavities and the recipe, you will obtain a donut shape with a hole or a "donut-muffin" shape that can be filled with nice surprises.Results may vary with individual ovens; please adapt your cooking times accordingly. For recipes using a conventional oven : when nothing is specified, use upper and lower heat, without ventilation and place the tray with the SBF Rings on the lower part of the oven (but not directly on bottom heating elements).You can fit 2 baking forms on an oven rack. While your baking form likes it cozy, leave some space between them to allow air circulation. Baking results will be better!This baking form worked hard. Give it a moment to relax! A standing time of at least 5 minutes after baking with most recipes will do the trick for easy unmolding.
IN THE MICROWAVE
Microwave cooking works great with our silicone form. Want to try something on your own? Give it a go at 600W.To bake in the microwave, place the form on the turning table of the microwave before filling the form. Most turntables can be removed from the microwave for easier filling of the form.
MOLDING RECIPES IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER
If you don't have an oven or a microwave, don't worry! These forms make amazing results for cold preparations like creams, jellies, ice cream, cereal biscuits, chocolate desserts and more! The Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L can hold the form while your creation is setting in the fridge or freezer.
