    Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS.
    Pen has been used.
    It still works but sometimes when retracting the ink cartridge it kind of sticks. After mashing top a couple of times it retracts.
    But is still a usable ink pen. The phd is mostly worn off of the front.
    Please read description carefully. The pen does have a little flaw.
