The handle seems loose when you go to flush it and the toilet seat lid as well as the tank lid crowd the ability to use the handle with ease. Someone with large hands would have a problem trying to flush the toilet; therefore, you have to use two fingers. It just feels odd. Once toilet was completely installed I was unable to use it for 24 hours due to allowing sealant to cure. The toilet itself is nice looking and the slow closing lid is a good thing for people with kids. The price is right. The installer was efficient (Delta Mechanical).

Everything good except for one complaint

I am perfectly happy with my Kohler throne. It really does work exactly as it should. However, I do have to say that Kohler made a small mistake with huge consequences.The so-called Refill Tube (that small rubber hose that brings the water to the tank and the bowl after each flush) that came with the toilet was so so inflexible that it kinked, not allowing the bowl to fill with an adequate amount of water, which in turn diminished the efficiency of any flush, for all the claims that it'll flush down anything you throw at it. I actually had to order that part, at a cost of only .50-- actually .29 with the Honey app-- and the replacement was indeed flexible enough to correct the problem. I suppose it was no no big deal except for the hassle which should have been avoided by Kohler in the first place. Wouldn't you have expected them to be aware of the issue, especially since the replacement part is exactly what should have come with the original product? Oh well, Kohler, shame on you, even though I'm keeping my investment.

This is our first 1.28 gallon toilet and it works great. I figured out how to make it flush more by holding down the handle only when needed. Otherwise, it's great to know we are saving water compared to our previous toilet. This sits a little higher than our previous one also, but not so much that a child would have trouble using this. We will soon replace our other toilet with this same model.
