Description

1917 H-22   SHAW  runs & is all origninal ezcept for thew Magneto.  T correct mag is  a Nation which this  but a type R that had a base mount. I change the mountin to Flange type by making adapter plate. I also had to make the decompression lever which actually when pulled lifts the exhaust. Intake is atmospheric. Engine numbers are 7185  stamped on both crankcase halfs . Carb is alos correct  & is a Lunkenhimer 1/2". Intake manifold is correct  with Buttefley . I find there more for looks really do not much for control. The  oil hole mount is broke. but has enough meat to thread the nipple NPT manage to  get it threaded into the cank case. I pined the upper to what was left of  shoulder with a 6/32 " screw so there is no chance of nipple coming loose. Then covered  the repair with clear epoxy. nice H-22 engine. Payment Terms : Payment to be made in 7 days of auction end. I will use a plastic tote with cover screwed down  with  engine rolled up in carpet . There is no return of item in this auction. Buyer can also pick this item up.
